Sharon Hill, CEO The Visionary

Rhema Consulting International LLC is a minority and women-owned small business that provides leadership training, development, and consulting services to businesses, academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and government agencies. We share the ideals and values of effective leadership to help leaders develop a high-performing and cohesive workforce.

At Rhema Consulting, we tactfully and strategically transform organizations to operate optimally. We achieve this through a hands-on approach that offers a unique and customized blend of executive coaching, leadership training, workshops, and retreats that will meet specific needs.

Sharon is a certified member of the John Maxwell team, leadership and communications coach, trainer, consultant, and certified behavior analysis consultant through the John Maxwell Group. She is a certified life coach and professional transformational leadership coach through Paradigm 360º Coach Training, LLC.

Hill earned her Master’s Degree in Science in Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Sharon majored in Labor-Management Relations at Pace University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is an active member of the International Kiwanis Club of Lehigh Acres, Florida, where she sat as president for the 2020/2021 year and continues serving in numerous other community projects.

In 1993, Hill established the Colours School of the Arts, the first performing arts non-profit organization in Lee County, Florida. Hill focused on empowering economically disenfranchised young people and worked to cultivate community awareness and the appreciation of diverse cultures through the arts. Colours developed a reputation as a space that incubated young leaders, many of whom are now business owners, public figures, and community leaders; internationally, nationally, and locally. For her efforts, Hill was inducted into the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Hall of Fame in 2014 by the Lee County Chapter of the NAACP. Her passion for educating and growing aspiring leaders keeps her busy in high academia as an adjunct professor at Florida SouthWestern State College. Sharon is the author of the book, Born to Lead Awaken Your Purpose, and a columnist for the Fort Myers Community Press in Lee County, Florida, where her topic of expertise is leadership. Her four children are entrepreneurs and business owners themselves.

In addition to providing expert coaching services to Southwest Florida, Sharon and her friend/colleague Wendy, established a YouTube series, Brown Space, to facilitate candid conversations about race relations to build empathy through the healing power of conversation.

Brown Space is a safe space for breaking barriers, letting down defenses, and getting comfortable talking about tough topics.
